  40. 1) Why doesn't any degree murder case instantly get a death sentence? Or are the years of work more ethical and more painful for the offender?

    2) Does Maine have a Circle of Justice? If so, if a person commits a felony after the Circle of Justice what would the consequences be?

    3)If a child kills a parent, since it is still young would his action be considered "unintentionally" with no punishment or would he at least be watched closely?
